World Book Day 2018

Now that the snow has finally disappeared we have been able to celebrate World Book Day. We have been looking at well-known authors and our choice was Beatrix Potter. We have enjoyed listening to the story of Peter Rabbit and have thought about the kind of character he is- naughty!

We have enjoyed looking at Beatrix Potter’s drawings of nature and her surroundings. We looked at pictures of the Lake District and the cottage where she lived. We liked some of the other characters she had created and have been listening to some of their stories too.
