Buddy Reading Time

On Friday 23rd Spetember, we had our first buddy reading session. The reception children shared their library books with their Year 6 buddy. We found some where comfy- whether it be outside, on the floor or at a table and enjoyed looking at stories together. The buddies asked us questions as they read the stories to us and Reception used the pictures and the retold the stories. The buddies wrote in reading records to record what they had done in the session.
