Making Masks

After Tang visiting yesterday, we have beenwatching some more of the dragon and lion dancing. In PE we practiced working together as a team and moving as a pair. We used hoops to help us stay together and move at the same time. We thought it would be a really good idea to make up some of our own dragon dancing. Watch this space!

In the afternoon, we have been busy developing a role play into a Chinese Restaurant; preparing vegetables, laying out bowls and chop sticks, taking orders and reading the menus. Also, we have been colouring special dragon masks in preparation to decorate them with glitter and sequins. These will help us when we are dragon dancing. All of us were so careful in the colours we chose and where we put them!
