Today we have been learning about how houses have changed in the past. Now, we know the different types of houses some of us live in now, we have been able to look at how houses have changed. We were amazed what houses were first made from and we thought it was very funny that they used mud and straw.
Did you know that one of the very first houses was round? It is called a celtic round house and we found out that it had a hole for a door and not windows! The floor was even muddy. We didn't think we'd like to live in a house like this!
A lot of liked the Georgian house. It had lots of windows and looked very big. We liked the fancy details aroound the door- and this house actually had a door!
