Mrs Yarwood thought it would be a good idea for us to get to know where everything is in school, so that when it came to Golden Time, (where we can swap classes for different activities on offer) we would know where to go. There were Roald Dahl characters hidden around school and we had to find them and match them to the room. We got to hunt alround school and found out where the office was where Miss Cope and Mrs Kneeshaw work, we found Mrs Colman working at her desk (she even gave us a special gold sticker, so we will definately know how to find her again!) All the children were working in their classrooms so we found out which class was in which room with which teacher. Everywhere is so busy with children learning in every area of our school so we had a chance to see what all the other children get up to. We had a look around the playground, where we will start to play soon and we also got to see the new classroom being built.
We were all so clever we found all of the Roald Dahl characters!
